Thank you so much, you are really sweet! As I’m sure you know, weight training mixed with cardio is the best way to lose weight. I normally do 4 days of weight training and 3 days of cardio (stair-stepper or walk up-hill for 30 minutes). In addition, limit carbs and when you do eat carbs make them complex (brown rice, sweet potato), limit sugars and unhealthy fats. Jamie Eason has a great program that included a 12 week schedule and diet.

You have to remember it is a marathon, not a sprint. So if you want a sustainable weight loss there has to be a life style change with a conscious effort to know everything you put in your body.
