So I haven’t really posted anything this week….I have literally been head deep in school. I have however, been to the gym consistently and been pretty good on my diet (with the exception of last nights midnight run for chocolate cake).

Based on the bad, I am sure I would be seeing a substantial difference in my training and growth if I can get a hold of these things.
This next week I will be starting a new training schedule, which I will receive from my trainer this weekend. I will also be taking measurements and compare to week 1…I am ready to actually see the changes in the form of inches instead of what I see in the mirror!

So I had a great week of workouts, even with doing them without my PIC and my trainer (both were out of town this week). It was actually good for me to see that I can do it on my own, that I have the dedication to get to the gym and push myself. I was able to lift pretty heavy and focused on getting to failure with every set. I ate really good this week, with the exception of a handful of M&M’s, fail.
I am seeing so many changes this week. I can tell I have leaned out (defintion & vascularity), even though I am trying to actually gain mass. I think I need to up my calories…I am having a hard time eating everything on my plate even with eating all 5 planned meals…I will probably just throw in a 6th meal or a protein shake to get my calories up.
Update…some great definition in the back, 3 more weeks until the 12 week mark!

Back & Bi’s was brutal last night. I am so used to having this sexy man below, here to help me switch my plates out and spot me, alas…he is out of town. I got a workout just doing this by myself causing me to feel pretty exhausted throughout my workout.

Anyway, I am definitely feeling it this morning. My biceps are a little angry at my and my lat’s are screaming! This means it was a great workout…right?

Yes I make my own sauce.. One small can of organic tomato paste with half a can of diced organic tomato, loads of dry basil,oregano and garlic powder. For a low fat cheese I’ll shred a light babel cheese. The cheese really is the trick to the yumminess :)
